This was a great week again for the Dreamers.  We added our 564th member last night at Key West where there were  52 people at the peak of Fanklee’s show.  That is just awesome!   But the whole week was just amazing with one great show after another!   Moonshines got the ball rolling with the swamp decked out for St. Patrick’s day!  There was Shadow in full garb ready for her pot of gold.  LOL   That woman just knows how to make SL fun.. Then all the advertising Cameron did at the Whisky paid off with 50 people in attendance until half of us crashed… 🙁  Just hate when that…

Whether it’s partying in the swamp with the Dreamers and the gators or listening to Franklee serenade us with his dreamy version of  “Up On the Roof” when we are actually up on The Roof, NYC, it always proves to be a great show!  This week especially since we reached a milestone in our group membership.   This morning, we hit 555 members in just our group (not including the subscribo) .  Very exciting!!!! The other day Franklee said to me “Jbird, write the blog when you are feeling jazzed about a show”.  Well Frank, I always feel that way about your shows but something special happened Saturday night.  It felt like Home Week for the Dreamers!   I was so stoked when I saw so many Dreamers from the past coming out to spend the evening with us at A & J’s Nightclub!  Some of them included Wildroses, James, Alix, Dax, Jayme, Karch, Really, Graysen and Edge.   There were so many more, I can’t name them all but I have to say I just loved seeing everyone filling up the room.  Alessandra and Jasper even…

Haha..   Franklee on Stage at Shines for Mardi Gras! “Laissez les bon temps rouler” which is Cajun for “Let the Good Times Roll”!   That was the theme and the mood last night at Moonshines and they most certainly did!   Early Monday, Shadow Tarber and Bliss Mellison were busy bees decorating for Mardi Gras!.. Fan give aways included sparklers and and cajun gestures and there was green and purple everywhere… The backdrop to the stage was the infamous balconies that line the streets of New Orleans with pose-balls for guests to have photo ops or dance.   Moonshines is already set in the Bayou so the mood was right for Mardi…

I have to say I am a sucker for late night diner food!  So where better to go than dinah moez diner at 11pm sl?  With its black checker floor, soda fountain, and yellow vinyl booths, this venue is very authentic to the diners of yesteryear.  You just have to laugh at the catch phrase for this place, “Come eat with us; but don’t eat the yellow snow.”!! What a great Friday night at Junkyard Beach!  The beach was hopping when Franklee took the stage at 7PM.  Raynne and Trager were fantastic hosts and the venue is just pure fun, relaxed and very laid back! I love their quote “just relax on our junk”.  Well we certainly took them up on it with Dreamers scattered all about. What a great show on Monday night at Moonshines!!  If you haven’t been there yet for some bizarre reason, please come check the venue out. This live music venue features blues, rock and even a little country music! There are jugs of shine everywhere and hungry gators hot on the trail of Dreamers for munching!!  But the highlight of Moonshines is Shadow, Bliss and Espossaa!
