Good times.. good times

There is only one place you can find Franklee on a Tuesday night. That’s at the Whisky a Go-G0!  An Editor’s Pick for Live Music and an awesomely done venue that takes you right back to a real place with all the details.  I have never actually been to the real Whisky but I do feel like I know it now.  SL can be so amazing like that!

 

On Tuesday, we were so excited to see some Dreamers we hadn’t in a while.  Ellie Smedley, James and Wild just to name a few.  But a great crowd always gathers at the Whisky and during that hour of requests, I get to be with my Dreamer friends listening to my favorite artist knowing if I come back next week, I can do it all over again. As the night rolled on, Franklee played some new songs that he has added to his 220 plus song list and the crowd went wild.  “I Won’t Give Up” is the latest new song Frank sang for us and it was just perfect!  I, of course get the added treat of being on voice with Aubreya who sings REALLY loudly and screams everytime Frank plays the Beatles or a new song!  (smirks… shout out to Aubs… you sing great!… smirks again)

 

In addition to it all was the return of Cameron Trenchcoat, owner of the Whisky and Radio5150.  Cameron has been on hiatus for a while but was able to come back and spin some tunes for us after the show rounding out the evening perfectly!!!  Even Winter and Franklee were able to get out on the dance floor and “cut the rug”.  It’s great to see them out and about having fun in the crowd!
